12.17Paper Mario
I just finished Nintendo’s last Mario RPG, Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door, and I must admit it’s one of the best games I’ve played. It’s often tedious, console-style encounter battles aren’t really my thing, but the characters were great, the plot was engaging, and I really enjoyed playing it. Looking at the play time counter, I think I’m at about $1 per hour of gameplay, which is a pretty good entertainment purchase. I’m still looking forward to the next Knights of the Old Republic or lord help us, Planescape: Torment, but Paper Mario was a tasty distraction for a while.

Torment owns your soul! I know it did mine. As good as the first KotoR was, it still wasn’t PS:T. Sigh… and I doubt we shall ever see that good a game again.

PS:Torment is so good i’m filled with nostalgia just hearing someone mention the word.
Maybe i should format one of my crappier machine i’ve hung onto and install 98 on it so i can start playing Torment again.
how is the second KotOR game?
