Today was a very unproductive day. Irma had a dentist appointment (2 cavities filled), and I lounged around the house all day. We had carnita (sp?) for dinner, which literally translates to little meats. It’s like chopped up seasoned beef or chicken, I couldn’t tell which. Probably beef, from the consistency. Tear it up and throw it on tortillas with beans and guacamole and you’ve got a meal.
